PGE National Stadium

The National Stadium by Winter is Testa Communication’s original project organized regularly during winter since 2013. The concept is delivered in cooperation with PL2012+ company in the most prestigious facility in Poland – PGE National Stadium. So far, we have organized two editions, and both were a huge success. The first one attracted 100k guests, the second one, which took over 100 days – 500k people.

The biggest winter playground in Poland opened in 2014/2015 season offers nearly 5,000 m2 of ice, the world’s highest ice hill, a spectacular Christmas tree, Warsaw Christmas Market, a show by the world’s best skaters and a skatepark and Ice Bar. Every year brings new attractions that attract more people to the project.

The National Stadium by Winter will amaze you with a truly broad and varied offer – our youngest visitors have the opportunity to work on their skating skills during dedicated Mornings for Children, while more mature visitors can dance on ice during a unique event – Disco Rink. In addition, the project is full of other types of entertainment which guarantee unforgettable memories.

The success of our venture has been proven by the numbers: the most recent edition was visited by over 500 000 people. During 114 days, 12k visitors took part in the mornings for children and 15k people came to the Friday Disco Rink. Almost 300k people took a ride on the ice hill and 18k fans of rollers and skateboards visited the skatepark. Altogether, the fun lasted for 49800 minutes.

The National Stadium by Winter is not just a place for private and intimate fun, the individually adapted infrastructure makes it possible to organize various types of meetings, including conferences and business events. In addition, the organizers support the idea of active children and teenagers, passing up the opportunity for unique PE classes, while during winter school holidays they cooperate with Warsaw City Hall to offer thematic ice animations. All of it is done to activate our citizens in Warsaw and around.

The National Stadium by Winter is high media potential project. It was confirmed by collaboration with partners, such as: Radio ZET, Agora, AMS and Edipresse. Information about the event involved 1396 publications that appeared between October 2014 and March 2015, most of them were published online (824), the remaining ones were broadcast by radio (249), television (124) and published in the press. Most of them were positive, praising the broad array of attractions and individual events.

The project, National Stadium by Winter, has been appreciated by the prestigious IPRA Golden World Awards 2015. Testa Communications was awarded for PR campaign covering the project „National Stadium by Winter” winning in the category „Consumer PR for an existing service – Agency.”
